Born by a village woman named Setri who was married to Wongso Sitas in a village in Lamongan Regency on September 4, 1966. Her first level of education was an elementary school in Baturono, Sukodadi, Lamongan East Java and graduated in 1980. Then continued at PGRI 2 Sukodadi Lamongan that year too. After completing his studies at PGRI 2 Sukodadi in 1983, he also attended a high school level education at State Junior High School (later to become SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan) and graduated in 1986.
In 1986, he enrolled in SIPENMARU and was accepted at the IKIP Padang Mathematics 2 Diploma. After completing his diploma education, he also connected to the undergraduate program at IKIP Padang and finished in 1991. Then continued his Masters in Mathematics at UGM, Yogyakarta and graduated in 1998. Not only stopped at S2 education, this time UNESA Surabaya where to get a Doctorate degree at year 2011.
In 2012-2016, he was believed to be the head of the PMIPA department that oversees four study programs, namely mathematics education, chemistry education, biology education and physics education. In its development in 2014, Unja received the mandate of 22 new Study Programs, and the Chancellor was believed to be concurrently the Head of the Mathematics Education Study Program.
After completing high school, he continued his education to Andalas University by majoring in the Animal Production Study Program and completing it in 1987. Then he continued his postgraduate education at Mississippi State University, USA and completed his studies in 1996 and the same university he also continued his S3 education by taking the program study of Poultry Science / Food Science Department and graduated in 2003.
In his career, he won 2nd place in the Lecturer Achievement at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Jambi in 2006, won The Best Oral Presenter at the AINI International Seminar in 2013 and 2015
The man born in Jambi, on December 15, 1966 began his education from elementary school (SD) to high school (SMA) in his hometown, namely, at SD Negeri 5, SMP Negeri 1, and SMA Negeri 1. In 1982 , He continued his ideals and selected the Faculty of Animal Husbandry at the University of Jambi and continued his Masters (M.Sc.) in the field of Animal Sciences, Faculty of Animal Sciences and Animal Health, University of Copenhagen (Den KongeligeVeterinær-ogLandbohøjskole Copenhagen Denmark 1994-1996), funding : Danish International Development Agency. Then Teja resumed his Stara 3 education in Ruminant Agriculture / Nutrition, Georg August University Goettingen, Germany, in 2000-2004, Funding: Der Deutsche AkademischeAustauschdienst (DAAD).
His managerial journey began with the Senate Member / Secretary of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry at the University of Jambi in 2005-2009, then he also became the Head of the Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry at the University of Jambi in 2006-2012, Teja was also in charge of the Relevance Improvement Program, the Competition Grant Program (PHK-A2) Department of Nutrition and Animal Feed of the University of Jambi Faculty of Animal Husbandry in 2006-2008, then he was the Secretary of the Institutional Competition Grant Program (PHK-I) for Jambi University in 2008-2010, Secretary of the Jambi University BLU preparation team in 2009-2013, Teja was then trusted by the Faculty senate as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Cooperation and Information Systems, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of Jambi in 2013-2015, then he became a Member of the Jambi University Senate, PAW lecturer representative in 2015-2016, after which he later became Deputy Dean of the field Academic and Cooperation and Information Systems, Faculty of Animal Husbandry U Jambi University 2016 – 2020.
